They are awesome to work with. They stand behind their work. They do not charge extra when they have to come out inbetween. They come out the same day I call, which I think they are amazing.

My parents have been customers with them for at least 10 years probably longer which was the deciding factor for me. They were very professional and patient with me through my mountain of questions. The work they performed for my termite bond was exceptional to where I could barely tell where they had to drill through the concrete of my concrete patio, driveway and porch to place some chemicals. They dug evasive trenches around they base of my house to lay the chemicals. They crawled under my house. Even told me about a small leak I had. I was so impressed by the customer service of this home grown company that I decided to use them for my mosquito abatement for the yard. The price of a termite bond is never cheap but they had several different payment plans. But since I had decided to pay in full, they gave me a discount. When I paid up front for the mosquito program, they gave me one month spray or fog for free. They also accept major credit cards. It's a family owned business that's been in the Charleston area since at least the 70s. And from what I could tell in my first year with them, they care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

We have used all sides of their business and have been very happy with them.

They are very personable. I feel like I'm using a friend. I feel comfortable with them. I don't have anything to complain about them.

When we looked at pest control companies, we just seemed the most impressed with them. The price is pretty reasonable. I haven't seen any termites in a while.

They send out the same technician every time and they send a card out two weeks before telling you when they are coming. We had a lot of roaches when we first moved in but we haven't seen a single one since.

I had them coming out once a month to spray the perimeter of the house. At first the treatments were working very well but the next year the treatments didn't seem to work. I really liked the young man who came out to spray but I couldn't see paying for a monthly service when it wasn't doing what I expected it to. We ended up dropping the pest control and now we do it ourselves, however we still use them to do a yearly termite inspection and we are satisfied with that service. We will continue to use Palmetto Pest Control.

We are very pleased with their services. They always treat the house if they see any problems.

They do a pretty good job. I would recommend them. I have them come out once per quarter. They really do effective treatment. They are very punctual and do great work.

They are wonderful and easy to work with. They have done extra things for me at no extra charge. They even came out to kill a mouse in the house at no charge because I am a customer. They are very reasonably priced.

They were in the middle in terms of price and they didn't try to sell us a lot of extra things. They came out the day they said they would come and they finished in a day. The man was very courteous. It worked out well and they were very good. They gave me a really nice brochure that explained a lot.

The visit on 06/22 was a recall due to additional treatment required. There was no charge for that visit as per their agreement. Previously the charges have been $67.00 per treatment which includes treating the outside parameter of the house and the inside. Our first treatment was in February 2009. Everything has been good. They have a good service, and their prices are reasonable. I feel that I am in good hands with them.

We have a three year old home that was treated during construction and every five years is re-treated. They offer an excellent warranty against termites.

I really like the pest control aspect of this company. They do thorough job in their work as I don't see any pests around. Now the termite side of this company is not very good. They really don't back up their products as their contract really doesn't do anything as far as if they were to find damage done to my home. I don't have termites now but if I were to, they wouldn't do anything about it. They pretty much do what is required of them by the state giving me a certificate stating that they inspected. One time the gentleman even signed my signature stating that I had signed off on something I didn't. I had confronted him on this and he didn't seem too concerned about it. As far as the pest control, I would gladly give them A's across the board but as far as the termite side, straight F's. I am going to find someone else to do the termite inspections.
