"STAY AWAY! Ordered a new garage door on May 12th and it took 3 months to come in only for it to be the wrong door. The tech installed the door and left without checking with us because it was obvious that it was the wrong door. Door Systems then had to order the correct door which took another 3 months to come in. So, be prepared to wait half a year to get the correct garage door installed after ordering. For all of the inconvenience of the additional 3 months and an additional install they went ahead and charged us...FULL PRICE! Payment is also a profit center because they hit you up for another 3.5% if you want to pay with anything other than a check, money order, wire transfer, or telegram. "INCOMPETENT, DESTRUCTIVE, DISHONEST -- Stone interiors, LLC installed quartz countertops in my kitchen in January of this year. This company is so incompetent that they literally ruined the $3,477.50 product I paid for. In addition, they damaged a $2000 console and refuse to admit liability. I tried working with them regarding the countertops and gave them multiple opportunities to correct the work they'd done, but every time someone came out, they just made it worse! They couldn't get the seams right and left adhesive/epoxy all over the place. They sent someone out to try and correct that issue, and he manually sanded certain areas, which altered the actual surface of the material so it's horribly streaked and inconsistent. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!"
