+ -1 moreThe fire alarm equipment belonged to the church. The company made several service calls to repair the system and each time we were told that the system was functioning. The monitoring service never notified us that the system was off line again so we had long periods of time when the facilities were not monitored. We had a small fire in our nursery area and the alarm did not function and the fire department was not called. We have replaced the system and hired a different company.
