R&R Heating and Air

We pay for the year for two services per year. They catch us in the fall and in the spring. We were lucky to find them. Actually I found them in the directory, called them up, and they really did do good work.

The unit was still leaking. So the unit was not repaired.

Call for service hoping they would repair. Nope. Told tech i was not happy with the company but he didn't seem to care. I let them install the r-22. Tech wanted to run another leak test. Want to charge me again for an issue they stated they fix twice already. I will never call again. I have spent $1771 with this company and still have a leak.

Not good. Unit is still leaking.

Overall ok.

Ryan returned my call promptly and scheduled as service appointment for the next day. He called to inform me he was in route and arrived on time. He was courteous, well spoken with a very professional appearance. He answered all my questions clearly and was willing to explain what was happening to someone who does not understand HVAC! Notified me of the results of his inspection and detailed what he had found and what repairs he made. Cleaned up after he was done. and presented a bill that documented and broke down the cost of each step on the cleaning and inspection. In spite of the fact I did not have an annual service contract the cost was very reasonable. Provided a written receipt . I highly recommend him.
