I contacted the home warranty company to report my problem. Plumbcraft responded within a few hours. They were able to provide service the same day. Ben showed up when he said he would, was very polite and efficient. The problem was very minor, but I did not have the tools to do my own repair. Another plumber would have charged more, just for the service call. I also asked him about some other matters, and he answered all my questions while he was here. I will use this company again.

This company is extremely unresponsive and unreliable. No customer service! They were scheduled to be at my house b/t 10-2 Christmas Eve. They called me at 10am (missed call) and left a msg wanting to make sure someone would be home today. I returned the call at 10:14 (getting voicemail) stating yes, we were there waiting on them and I guess they were on their way and would see them soon. Called again at 10:33 left a message once again asking to please call and let me know when they would be here. Called again 12:56 left a message that I would guess they would be here soon since the time was b/t 10-2 and was almost one, I would see them soon. I FINALLY rec'd a return call at 1:04 saying that they were in Easly at another job and were not coming. When I didn't answer at 10 they went ahead to another job and could no longer fit me in that day. So, I waited for them and left several messages and no one had the consideration to call and let me know they weren't coming. It wasn't until my last voicemail that I left saying I would see them soon since it was almost 2 and my voice did not sound happy, did they bother to call back. So, then they scheduled to be here today 8-11. It is 11:19am, no call and no show!!!!! Do not use this company. I called First American at 11:00am and requested that another company be sent out to service our sump pump. I also let them know they should get another service provider as this company is inconsiderate and they do not know how to run a real business. I have been working with another company on our heat and they showed up when supposed to, they called me, they had follow up, they repaired and replaced part promptly. The people there have been courteous and extremely accommodating!

As it turned out, my regular plumber came back and made the repair. It did have to be replaced. This was after I cancelled the home warranty as a result of this because they lied about a few things. Plumbcraft was sent out by American Home Warranty.

They were very detail-oriented because they did a complete inspection of the sink & toilet before he started repairing them. He checked off all the things wrong with them on his list & explained to us what the problems were. They were very efficient in fixing both the toilet & sink. The sink took about an hour to fix & the toilet took another hour to replace. I haven't had any problems with either one since they repaired them. It was my first time hiring this company.
