I WENT OUTA STATE TO OHIO 12/31/24 REGARDING MY FATHER WHO PASSED AWAY 1/1/2025 I RETURNED BK HOME TO SOUTH CAROLINA ON 1/14/25 AND ON OR ABOUT 1/16/25 OR 1/17/25 @ APPRX 3:30/4:00 AM I WAS AWAKENED FROM A LOUD BOOM AS IT WAS MY TV/MOUNT LAYING ON THE FLOOR I TOOK PICS AND SENT TO FELIX HE REPLIED BK TO ME A LITTLE LATER THAT HE'D BE BY 11 AM HE LOOKED AT ALL AND APOLOGIZED AND STATED WHEN I GET A NEW ONE HE'D MOUNT FOR FREE AND HE DID DO A COUPLE THINGS FOR ME(TOOK A FEW XMAS THINGS FROM FRNT YARD) BEFORE HE LFT I ASKED HIM "IS ANGIE GOING TO REPLACE MY TV" HE SAID PROBABLY "NO" AT THAT MOMENT I COULDNT UNDERSTAND ALL.... I TOLD HIM SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE….ALL I ASK IS TO REPLACE MY AND MOUNT $700.00
