The bottom hinge was attached to a tile which was loose. Turned out that tile was loose because the wood underneath had rotted (sp?). He made the repair and cleaned up really well. Will definitely use again.

The installation of my kitchen backsplash was very smooth. Felix was very knowledgeable about how the installation was going to be done. Before he started he explained to me exactly how he was going to place the tiles and afterwards apply the grout. The outcome is beautiful. He did a great job!

It went really well. I hired Felix to replace a dining room ceiling fan and a kitchen light fixture. Felix completed the work in less than 2 hours, and was very diligent in insuring that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with his work and the rate for his services. Felix has done several projects at my house from building a deck, replacing a water heater, all new screens on my windows to several general handyman’s projects. He’s very professional,reliable and reasonably priced. I had other handyman do work on my house that Felix had to come and fix. I have recommended Felix to others and everyone had been completely satisfied with all the work he had done. Will only use Felix for any handyman work around my house.

Felix has done excellent work on a variety of things for us, & is very responsive. He comes right on time - and in the rare event he’s a few minutes late, he’ll text you ahead of time. He hacked up ice & removed snow on our driveway when others were no-shows, or their pickup truck plows broke down trying to do the job. Definitely highly recommended.

HORRIBLE - felix took my screens on Friday June 4th -all of them. 26 screens! He sent me a photo on June 8th of his car on fire. He said he would be delayed in returning the screens. Friday June 18th he sent a text telling me that he would be delivering by Tuesday or Wednesday. On Wednesday June 23rd he texted asking if I would be around Sat or Sunday. I let him know that I would not be available on Sunday between 1-6pm. I have not been able to reach him since Friday, June 25th. He does not respond to phone calls - he does not answer my texts and has not delivered my window screens!
