Excellent replacement, job was done at a waterfront condo,, Fripp Island, SC
Description of Work: Chris and his company installed a complete new AC and Heat system. The price was very good and we would use him again. There were changes we requested and they were all completed during the installation. Not being from the area it was good to find a company that actually does what they say they will do. Chris was also very helpful in finding other services in the area and he guided us in the right direction. Give him a try and I think you will be happy.

Extremely well! The unit replacements were done promptly and at a very competitive price. Subsequent service has been exceptional with extremely quick response to problems. Routine maintenance has been conducted in a friendly, professional manner. Don't know how it could get any better ... fully satisfied!
Description of Work: Replaced two HVAC units in our home and then contracted with Watkins Mechanical for annual maintenance of units.
