Waters Plumbing is AMAZING. I can't say enough about Julie (who answers the phone). My current tenants were experiencing high water bills, so I called another company to come out and find the issue. They came out, didn't really look into it too much (the toilets were running, they didn't even fix that), and then left. They then said I would have to repipe my whole house for $7200. I called Waters Plumbing for a second opinion and wow, my experience was night and day. Julie talked to me about the issues that were arising and what it might be. She was always prompt in calling me and had AMAZING customer service. I have to say that again, AMAZING customer service. I've dealt with various contractors and I have to say Waters is top notch. Julie said before we repipe the house, lets try stuff like fixing the running toilets, etc. She sent out a plumber (extremely professional) who fixed the toilets and then found the water leak outside in the ground (photos attached). He fixed it right on the spot so he didn't have to come out again and charge me. Now there are no leaks in the house, and the water is running fine! Total cost was under $400, compared to $7200! Being out of state on active duty Waters could have took advantage of me like the other Plumbers, but they did not. They are hard working Americans, excellent people, and I will recommend them to anyone. YOU CAN'T GET A BETTER PLUMBER! NOTE - if you want to see pictures of the work look at google reviews.

They are fabulous. He came when he said. He took look at our water heater. He called the warranty company and determined it was still under warranty. He got us a free water heater.

Robert of Waters Plumbing provided all the parts and materials and performed all work. He worked in the bathroom and under the house for 4 1/2 hours. The work was done quickly and efficiently and all interactions with me were courteous an professional. I will use Waters the next time I need a plumber. A job well done.

Start to finish, Waters Plumbing is trustworthy, dependable and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend Waters Plumbing!

I hadn't had to use him for 2 years. My upstairs toilet was leaking and he fixed it and cleaned up. He determined that we had used one of those toilet bowl cleaner disks that we put in the tank and we don't use upstairs very much at all and actually housekeeper had put this thing in the toilet tank and it literally ate through the toilet because that did not get flushed. He advised me never to use that in the upstairs toilet because I would use the upstairs when I have a company, so he not only fixed it, he told us how to prevent having the problem again. He is a nice man, he goes to our church. I would continue to use him if needed.
