Description of Work: Kevin and his team refinished the antique pine floor in our home and installed flooring in two additional rooms to match . On Kevin's advice , we decided to go with the water base urethane ,good call. We also had Kevin use the dustless sanding system. Oh my gosh, what a difference. Up north we didn't use dustless and dealt with residual dust for almost 9 months. With the dustless system you could barely tell all the floors were sanded. We have already referred a neighbor to him.
