Description of Work: I am currently using their services in Savannah because they were recommended by our realtor. I called seven days prior to move in to set up service. When we moved in I had to call to see when we would get a trash can and what day they would pick up. I was informed that pick up was on Friday, but they never came. When I called they informed me that the routes were running late and assured me that my trash would get picked up. It still was not picked up on Monday, after I called to complain they said that someone would pick it up in a couple of days and I would get my trashcan sometime that week. The pickup came Wednesday. The trash can came Thursday. No one came on the regularly scheduled Friday pickup. When I called, they acted like it was my fault that my trash hadn't gotten picked up because my pickup day is Wednesday!!! Then today, Wednesday, I put out my trash and they leave part-they actually MOVED it so that it blocked my driveway and did not take it.

+ -1 moreI have to use them; it is required by the town. They are terrible and I would fire them if I could. It is a big national company. I pay $60 per quarter; I would rather pay more and get good service. I have written a letter to the town about it. I have to keep calling them because they forget to pick up and you have no idea when they are coming; they are not punctual. If I had the choice I would never use them.
Description of Work: I used Republic Waste Services for garbage collection.
