+ -1 moreDespite my having called then twice, the company misinformed me of my pickup day. So, I didn't not have trash pickup for over two weeks. They also did not deliver my can for over two weeks. When I called again they informed me of the correct day, but maintained that they had performed all service as required and would not refund me for missed pickups. My most recent bill (the third bill in the quarter-and they only bill quarterly) was not even decipherable as to what I was being charged for. The accounting department could only give me a general idea of why the price was what it was.
Description of Work: Trash pickup.

+ -1 moreI have been with this provider for 18 years, so there should be no mystery as to where I live. I have contacted them three times this month because they did not show up to collect my garbage. When they do not show, racoons get into the cans and spread waste all over my service yard; yuck! Last night, I had the forethought to check and see if they'd collected the garbage, and I caught a racoon crawling into the garbage can, which terrified me and the racoon! The last time I called, the customer service agent assured me that dispatch would get someone out that day, but no one came. I hesitate to call someone else, but I am at the end of my proverbial rope with this company.
Description of Work: They are supposed to collect my garbage on Tuesdays and Fridays.
