Our project started with a quote for refinishing of our old bathtub. Decided that we would expand the project to include replacement of the cultured marble with the real thing. There were some issues with the grout used which created a hazed finish at the grout lines. Hal and his guys found a solution and the end result is beautiful. We are asking Hal back to look at other projects this summer. We would highly recommend Prestige Renovations for any remodeling projects.

Beautiful job! Steep pitch of our roof plus concern for roof shingles being compromised were addressed and work proceeded smoothly. The roof shingles were not bothered and the boots were installed. Pleasant experience, very nice person.

Went GREAT. Did what they said, when they said, for the price they quoted (even got credit for trim they did not have to use), left the area immaculate. The project looks professional and lacks for nothing. Would definetaly use Pristine again and would give an unqualified recommendation to anyone who asked. Chose this company based on Angie's List ratings and it worked.

It went very well. The contractor completed all work very quickly; he made ALL needed repairs; and his workers were courteous and thorough; all areas of damage and repairs were back as new and debris cleaned up. Outstanding work.

Very responsive, professional, thorough from estimate through final inspection. Crew was on time, friendly and accommodating. Always kept us abreast of what they were doing and how. Every detail was covered, including a repainted fascia board when some roofing tar was spilled on it. Took great pride in their work and cleaned up as they went along. Price was competitive and the extras not something we have seen from any other service provider. We definitely recommend Hal Richardson, his foreman, Josh and his crew for any job. We will be calling them again for additional work in the future.

The seller of the home paid for the services. They spent about $10,000. They were very thorough and very nice people. We've also had them out for a quote for an addition to our home but we haven't yet done that renovation. We would definitely use him. We didn't compare their prices. He got everything done before we moved in.

Very good people. They did a beautiful job. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They do clean and neat work. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Mr Richardson's professionalism and management of sub-contractors. He is customer oriented and focused on quality. A few months after installation of the A/C system, a "freak occurrence" happened. That same day, Hal had his people out there to find a bug squirmed it's way into the power supply causing a short. They replaced and cleaned up all damage and had our A/C back on in less than 8 hours from the time I reported the problem. I WILL use Pristine Renovations again.

The guys were very professional. The first impression was good because of 2 things. One they were on time and second they covered all of the floors starting at the front door that they would be walking on. They did a great job and a couple of days later a minor problem presented itself. We called and they came out immediately and asessed the situation. Order materials for repair and within a couple of days they had the repairs done. They could not have been any better at doing the work. My husband and I were both impressed with them.
