Leo and his helper were so accommodating. They were able to arrange their jobs for the day to come right over and fix the fan in the hvac. Customer service excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Both my systems were out. My regular service wanted to replace systems. But Pioneer Mechanical Fixed Both on the first visit. Would say he is very honest also I have Sears all home warranty and they said they couldn't find any body in my area. Went to Home Advisor and found plenty. Time to drop Sears.

Really hard to find people that don't overcharge...do crappy work and still charge...the list goes on...Leo was sincere and came off trustworthy...he promptly came to the location and fixed the problem reasonably. He will be our goto guy for our rentals in that area from now on.
