Description of Work: They replaced all of the duct work and our HVAC unit. The new unit went out 3 times in a very harsh winter and they refused to fix it. Come to find out the unit had a recall on it and they never told us.

Provided notification on start times for following day and arrived promptly. Completely satisfied with this installation and will hire them again for any AC repairs.

Description of Work: Although Angie’s list requested a date we have been utilizing KFI Mechanical’s services for over 2 ½ years. We initially worked with them before we moved here while we were doing work on the house, a long distance relationship that proved to be well worth it. We were originally informed our new home required thousands in AC repairs along with the cost of a annual maintenance contract, which we weren’t aware of until we asked the original contractor for a quote breakdown. when we were referred to KFI, the first thing they told us was they didn’t have annual contracts, that our AC equipment was under warranty, because they were under 5 years old, & that it would be merely a service charge, $85.00, to get us up & running. Since then KFI has been our AC service company. The are professional, efficient, trustworthy & honest. If a part is on back order, like so many vendors have issues with these days, KFI makes us aware. When we thought we needed an ice machine we contacted KFI. We were presented with a number of options along with KFI’s recommendations based on our ice needs. From the time we decided to the time the first ice cube rolled out of the machine KFI’s handling of the order, installation & service couldn’t have been more professional. A long story short……we HIGHLY recommend KFI Mechanical for all your AC &/or mechanical needs.

+ -1 moreI don't like their services. It takes forever for them to get parts. It took me three or four phone calls for me to get them to respond. When they came, they needed a part, and that took probably six weeks. I have used them for about two years.
Description of Work: I use them for heating and A/C service. They replaced a part on the system.
