American Home Shield designated them to work on my heater. The tech came Oct 31 and said I needed a heat regulator. After a week I called and was told it was back ordered. I called after 3 weeks almost a dozen times only got a voicemail, no call back. I called American Home Shield 3 times and they could not get a response. I emailed without any results. Finally because it was getting cold outside and had company coming for Thanksgiving I decided to order the part from Ferguson Plumbing Supply snd got the part delivered in 3 days! I paid a local plumber to install it. I ended up paying a $100 service fee to Cornerstone, them $700 for the part and installation which insurance would not cover. So if you use this company don’t say I did not warn you

First, it took me a month to get on the schedule to get an estimate. John showed up when over the plans with me and reviewed the work I was requesting. Said that he would get back to me with a quote for the work and that was over a month ago. Never got the estimate for moving all the plumbing to the new master bathroom. I even called to see if they had the estimate yet and the person I talked to said she would have someone get back to me. Never happened. Cornerstone came highly recommended.

John, the owner, was scheduled to come and give an estimate on 4/24/19. He never showed up and no one called to inform me he wasn’t coming. I contacted them and they said someone would call me back to reschedule. No one called. I called them again on 5/20/19. The person apologized for no one getting back to me. Another appointment was set up for him to give an estimate on 5/23/19. I was told I would be his only appointment for the day and he would be here by 10:00am. Never showed up again and never heard from anyone. Called them at 3:30 to express my displeasure. I won’t be contacting them again. I would never recommend them. Lost two days of work because of John’s unprofessional way of treating customers.

Called to have a cracked and leaking garbage disposal replaced. They were able to set up an appointment with-in two days. I’m sure if it had been an emergency an effort would have been made to accommodate us sooner. (We already had a new disposal to install, but they would have supplied one for us if we didn’t.) Jeff arrived promptly after calling to say he was on the way. He did an excellent job and was also willing to take a look, and give his expert advice, on another problem we had with a loose tub faucet. All in all we were more than satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Conerstone Plumbing to friends and family.

Our plumber arrived on time as promised, completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after himself-even folding the towels I had down to collect any water. Would definitely hire again.

Fast to respond. They came out quick and were very professional.

They gave me an appointment with a 3 hour window for them to arrive. Jon Mosher was a no show. I received no contact or phone call. Called the office near end of appointment window to find out if they were going to show up. Was told by their office, they would get right back to me with a status. They never got back to me. I should bill them for my time.

It did not happen because he must have not been interested in doing the job- but he never said so.

We had an exceptional experience with Cornerstone. We found that their price quote was within reason and their installation of the tankless hot water heater to be superb. There were a couple of check-ups required after the system was installed and Jon Mosher, the owner, was able to follow-up. The installation was of high quality without any problems. We are happy with the tankless hot water heater and would use Cornerstone in the future.

John Mosher, the owner was recommended by a friend, I called, he came to my house, gave me an estimate and started the job immediately. He was very professional and the job was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up when he finished. He would have included repairing the dry wall, but I elected to have my handyman complete that part of the job. I was not hesitate to call or recommend Cornerstone Plumbing.
