+ -1 moreProject proceeded exceedingly well, notwithstanding the threatening hurricane. Installation took three days as was estimated. The technicians, Mark and Laselle were professional and fun to work with. All with whom I dealt were pleasing, courteous and knowledgeable. We will continue our business with All American HVAC.
Description of Work: Replace two heat pumps, two air handlers, and reinsulate ducting.

+ -1 moreAll my friends call me for recommendations and I tell them to use John or Marco at All American Air. You won't be disappointed. I've never had anybody call me with any kind of disregard in the least.

+ -1 moreI gave them A's all the way. What impressed me was the way they conducted themselves because I deal with people. I don't know that I like them 100%. They just do good work and they are prompt. I am not going to dinner with them or anything but as afar as providing a service, they are outstanding. I can't begin to tell you how many times people call me because of their units are going out or something is wrong and it is hot, just like the hurricane, we have had a hurricane down here. You call them and they take care of it. All you have got to do is call them and tell them what is wrong and they take care of it.

+ -1 moreI've had excellent experience with them. They are just fabulous. They are so professional. These people are actually fabulous. I work with John the most but both of them are really good. They did a really good job. I would give them the highest rating.
Description of Work: We've used All American Air. I had them put in a new system in one of my rental properties. I bought a new unit for my office.
