 + -1 moreFirst, I will say that all the work he did was very good quality. However, we paid him in full before the work was done, and he has not returned to complete the job. We have called numerous times, and even went to his home to request that he come back and finish the job. The work to be completed includes: painting the front door and trim, replacing a few pieces of siding on one end of the house, replacing boards around the base of the porch, painting the porch floor, making new doors for the crawl space, and re-installng steps that were removed during the installation of the door. We are willing to change the negative parts of the review if he will come back and finish the job.
Description of Work: The provider power washed the house, painted the house, painted the porch, painted the foundation, replaced rotted wood, replaced rotted trim, installed a new door, replaced some roofing tiles, installed new trim around window, and replaced some siding.

 + 0 moreHe was a good guy. He was alright. He did stress the Church an awful lot with trying to get me to come to church. You can only take so much of that you know. He was fair. His pricing was fair, wasn't too bad. It was a good quality. His responsiveness was good and he was there on time.
Description of Work: He did the exterior of our house. We have an older home, he took off a whole bunch of rotten wood and put up new wood. He then painted the house. He did pressure washing first.
