+ -1 moreService man did not mount strapping, but said that he had completed all work. He left, and I checked his work. It had not been completed, and I called the company less than 5 minutes after service man had left. I was told "to go to someone else", and "call back in two weeks". Lousy customer service and incomplete work provided.
Description of Work: General A/C service requested, in addition to request for mounting of air conditioning duct strapping (which had worn out). Evaporator was cleaned.

+ -1 moreThey were always very good about if something needed done, they would do it. They would never over sell me either.
Description of Work: Every season they would come and check everything, make sure everything is working properly.
