We were not present at time of inspection but communicated over the phone. All went well with closing and now own our new home.

Started late in the day on the first day which tied up a second day to complete the job, but the work got done, and I was assured that if there was a need for a re-visit they would come back at no additional charge. The treatment also included spraying my yard to eliminate fleas from an over-population of squirrels this Spring, and a set price for the next treatment next year.
Description of Work: Termite/pest control. Drilled & sprayed under house and trenched garage slab.
