He fixed a gas leak from the water heater. They came right away and while the plumber was here he discovered that our old copper water pipes were corroded. We decided that we should replace them. He replaced them within a week. It worked out good.

Tim returned the call timely and showed up on time. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it promptly.

He had to return 3 times because as soon as he replaced one pipe the next day another one would spring a leak...now it's all replaced in that area.

We called on Friday and they were able to provide an immediate service call and a good estimate on what the problem was and how much it would cost. They did not wait a week to fix it, they came the next day and were able to fix my issue in about an hour. I was very impressed that the plumber also check out a neighboring house's pressure to make sure that it was not a neighborhood/city issue so that they were not putting in a regulator that wasn't going to do us any good. Wonderful service, we would absolutely recommend them to any of our neighbors and work with them again in a heartbeat.

Based upon the color of the water that had been leaking, the provider could have tried to "hustle" me for a new water heater. After servicing and repairing all leaks, he said that in his professional opinion, the "redish" water color had likely come from rust formed from around the repaired pipes. This is an indication of service provider integrity.

Changed a drain line

Quickly found the problem and made the repair.

Tim arrived on time and reviewed my issues. Advised what needed to be done to repair all 3 problems. One required a part to be ordered so scheduled an appointment the next day to finish. The next day completed all the work even better than I expected. Will definitely call him in the future for plumbing issues.

I contacted Tim Metz (Owner) about replacing the plumbing hardware for my shower/bath. He set a date and time for a vist to provide a price quote. He showed up a little later than he originally scheduled and he said that a prior job had taken longer than he thought it would. I had no issue with this, as it is often the nature of this type of work. He arrived shortly after the call and gave me a quote for the work then scheduled the job for the next day. He contacted me the next day and said he needed to get some parts for the work and arrived shortly after the call. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner. He charged me the price that he had quoted and was friendly and helpful. I would hire him again for any plumbing service that i needed.

Replaced a leaking ice-maker line and did a good job. Also replaced knobs in a shower but had to return to correct a minor problem. All in all the the vendor performed the jobs well and I would use this company again.

Mr. Meetze (the owner) arrived on time and performed the required work properly for about half the price quoted by other plumbers. I have since referred Irmo Plumbing and Backflow to several of my customers, and all have been very pleased with their work.

Great! Repair person came on time, gave an estimate ($160) to replace dishwasher. They were careful with our floor and did a great job in replacing the dishwasher. When finished they repaired the cut-off valve in bathroom. Repair people were polite and efficient. I would use them again.

Found company on this list and called because nearby and highly rated. Prompt return of my call and appointment made. Arrived on time. Professional appearance and manner.Listened to my concerns and explanation. Examined heater and took action to stop leak and water running through garage. Gave estimate for replacement and preformed repair within a few hours. On second day performing somewhat better than old water heater. Paid by check.

The plumber finished the job promptly and the leak was stopped. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. We were pleased with the entire experience and would use their services again.

Tim did a wonderful job. He was clean and performed the work, just as he promised. He not only was on time, but since he knew I would be home, was 2 hours early.
