I'm new to this house and had no information on the ac/heating systems from the previous owner. The technician, Robert along with his partner, providered a complete and thorough checkup on my a.c. system and attic dehumidifier. He explained their checking system process and answered all my questions. I did replace a capacitor on the outside unit. The young men were friendly, professional and extremely helpful in explaining the type of system I had. Couldn't ask for better representatives for Carolina Custom Air.
