Description of Work: They sprayed the interior and exterior of our home with pesticide specifically targeting spiders and roaches which we were having problems with.

+ -1 moreFirst, I want to tell you that I had an awful experience in Northern, Va with Paramont Pest Control, who wouldn't even come out to my home until I signed a $600 contract.....so I never wanted to call another pest control company. Fast forward 10 years & we bought a house on the lake in SC. We have a beautiful back porch overlooking the lake, and bees in the rafters. I called these guys, they came out the next day & charged me $90. No contract, but I will be using them again!

Description of Work: I had never had a termite inspection on my home of 14 years. Mr. Black (owner) came out to do the inspection, and showed me where termites had been found in the crawl space under the house. I felt the inspection was very thorough and he was very knowledgable. (For example, he told me the ant trails in the garage which were the reason I had called, were not a serious problem.) A two-man crew came out to do the treatment, an all-day job involving digging trenches around the perimeter of the house, boring holes in the masonry to insert chemicals, etc. They were punctual and professional. They got the job done, and now I am on their annual inspection program to prevent any further problems. While it was a large, unexpected expense, others have told me they paid more than $1500 for termite treatment. Mr. Black arranged for me to pay this amount in 3 payments, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

+ -1 moreTheir people seemed to be very professional. They wore little uniform shirts and they seemed to know what they were doing. They are going to come back on a yearly basis to do the termite and pest control. They will come back in 6 months to do the outside of the house again.
