+ -1 moreFriday night service. Two senior citizens stuck with inoperative septic system. Normal pump cost $400-$500. Tech told me a story about crumbling concrete and other alleged problems. Stung us for $3000. Claimed to have pumped 3,000 gal from our system but tank only holds 1,000 gal. Now office "manager" not responding to questions. Total ripoff.
