Description of Work: Philips Tree Service came when they said they would and did the job they said they would...several large trees removed. They left my yard very clean...better than it was before they started the work. They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive. They were fairly priced for the service rendered and I would recommend them to anyone who wants reliable service and a job done very well. As this is written, I'm not sure of the estimated date of the service or the job cost but I do know for sure that I was very satisfied with the work performed and will call them in the future if I need their service again.

+ -1 moreWe spoke with 4 tree services and got prices from them. We went we Lanny Phillips because he was insured, professional, and competent. He wasn't the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive. The whole experience was a pleasure and we honestly feel we got more than our money's worth of work . His crew arrived on time, were very pleasant and worked steadily. They made sure we were happy with each tree before they went on to the next one. When they left, our yard and drive were cleaner than when they arrived! We will definitely use them again if we ever need more work done. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We recommend them with absolutely no hesitation.
Description of Work: Trimmed and raised canopy on 8 large oak trees, cut down (in pieces) and removed one large sweetgum. Left a huge pile of shredded mulch from the oaks for our use and removed the sweetgum and all its debris from our yard.

+ -1 more(I filled out these sections in reverse.) At my mom's house we had a large oak tree completely removed and then pruned the dead wood out of six or seven other trees around the house. At my home we pruned trees that were overhanging my house and driveway and garage. There were some tight situations where it would have been possible to drop limbs on the house, but not a leaf touched my house. They take your home's safety very seriously.
Description of Work: Lanny and his crew are absolutely the best tree service around. They are experts at their jobs asnddeliver on their promises. The iciing on the cake is that they clean up better than anyone I have seen. Tree work is difficult and dangerous and can be messy - but these guys are fast and efficient and safe. If you need trees removed or simply pruned; don't waste time calling these guys. I was so pleased with the project at my mom's house that I hired them at my house the very next day.
