EXTREMELY well. I called on a Monday morning and they were there at noon. John, who came initially, diagnosed the problem as soon as he walked in the door. We located the access point and he used a snake to try to get to the blockage but 100 feet later he hadn't reached it. He called for re-inforcements after giving me all the options. I decided to go with a jet cleaner to blow it out and the owner of the company himself arrived with the equipment in 30 minutes. After clearing the line they put a camera down in it to make sure it was clear and that there was no damage (I have the cleanest sewer pipe in the county I think!). I got to watch so I saw for myself that everything was in good shape. Then before leaving they put a new top back on the access point (my yard person had accidentally run over it) and with my $20 off coupon from Angie's List the new cap was almost free! Both gentlemen were expert, professional, and personable. I would not hesitate to call Mr Rooter in Anderson again anytime!

John arrived when scheduled, which was the same morning that I called. He had the kit in the truck for the repair. He was personable and patient as my dog took a strong liking to him. As of now I have no leak, but if I do I will call them back.

Garbage disposal needed to be cleaned out and reset. They did that work and also showed me, when I asked, how I could do it myself in the future. They also performed a thorough check of the plumbing system throughout the house and were very good about explaining everything and answering all questions I asked.

It went fine. They knew what they were doing and did it quickly. I felt it was a little over priced in my opinion but due time of the manner being handled it was ok.

One of the better companies that I have come across in this business.

Their price was competitive, the work was started and completed on time, the company was easy to contact and easy to work with, the work was well done, and I appreciated the clean up that the workers did at the end of each day. I will use them in the future.

My wife and I were very happy with the service that Mr. Rooter gave us. They were very courteous and respectful. They were on time, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need . They explained our problems thoroughly and followed through with everything they said they would do. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to anyone asking which plumbing service to use.

Went very well. Tried to fix it without ordering an expensive mixing valve but it didn't work. Had to order the valve in the end which was fine. Met us after working hours to complete the repair. will use them again.

They did the work all in one day. The only problem I have is they dont do any sheet rock repairs. You have to get someone yourself to do that

They did a good job. They were very responsive. They insisted on bringing some older work up to code. They did more work than they probably had to. If they had only replaced the water heater, the price would have been a lot less. I would use them again, but they wouldn't be my number one choice.

Both drains were slow in the master bathroom sinks. We were told by other plumbers that we just had to live with it due to the way the pipes ran between the two sinks and because there were no vents in the actual sinks. The representative from Mr. Rooter informed us that the original pipes installed were way too small to handle the amount of water properly and suggested they be replaced with larger, more adequate, pipes. We agreed to let them do the work and the job was scheduled within less than a week. They showed up on time and were very courteous and efficient. Both sinks have been draining much more efficiently since the work was performed.

His price was very reasonable. I would rate him excellent overall. I would recommend him to anyone and would like to tell if they want a plumber then to hire him.

Mr. Rooter took care of my plumbing issues in a timely fashion. The plumber was very professional. I am sure it will be a long time before I have to call them again. I am a very satisfied customer.
