Was contracted to clean up leaves and mow lawn and general clean up. Not only did they do a very sub par job, twigs and sticks everywhere for the amount of money paid to him, our neighbor watched as his crew also stole our brand new wheel barrel, garden wagon and 2 rakes. I can only take our neighbors word for this but we are at the end of a dead end street and no one gets by this neighbor without being noticed. This is a vacation home so we were not there to verify how well the job was done until a couple weeks after. Called our property manager told them we didn't want them back and installed a security video camera which activated only to find that they didn't get the message and showed up again to mow the lawn. The guy only mowed the back lawn for about 20 minutes and sat most of the time in his truck. This so called service would of cost us $80 but he in no way shape or form fulfilled the service contracted especially only mowing 1/3 of our lawn.
