 + -1 moreI have been using Hagan Heating & Air Conditioning for quite a few years now for the home that I owned before and the one I own now. His price is in line with other contractors for heating and air conditioner businesses and I think he is reasonable. I have two central air conditioning units and my total cost is $140. Most single level house just has one unit and that would probably be $70 or so. He is always prompt and cleans up after himself. He is very good. I would highly recommend him to a friend. I have already recommended him to several of my friends. He has high standards for the technicians that he hires and every single technician that has ever come to my home has just been excellent with their professionalism, quality, and they are just courteous. They really know what they are doing. They are very well-trained.
Description of Work: As far as heating and air conditioning, I just recently used Hagan. The last time I used him was last week. He did the maintenance on my two central air conditioning unit. They do the annual maintenance on my heating and air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Hagen Heating and Air installed some gas logs. We use them also for all our HVAC.

 + -1 moreI did not have a good experience with him at all. He installed a defective unit then charged me to fix the problems. I felt like he overcharged and was more focused on making his profit than customer service. I would never use him again.

Description of Work: AC had gone out. Hagan sent out a repair person promptly. He was able to fix the problem and tell us about possible future problems. The AC is original to the house (30 years old) and he explained that it will probably go out soon but he performed a thorough evaluation, replaced a minor piece that was malfunctioning, and told us what to look for in this aging unit. It has been working great since and he has saved us the cost of a new AC for now.

 + -1 moreThey were fabulous. We called them at 8 am and they were here by 10:30. They had an extra motor on their truck. They fixed it and we had air conditioning again by 11:30. We have an infant in the house so it was amazing. Their service call was $65. They were very responsive and very professional. As a woman sometimes I feel that service providers are condescending to me but he had a nice manner of making sure that I understood without seeming condescending. I really valued that because I am highly educated and have a big job outside the home. I didn't have a reference for the cost but I gladly paid it.
Description of Work: I used Hagan Heating & Air because the fan on our air conditioning unit stopped spinning two days ago with a loud clank, clank, clank. They put in a new motor for the fan and two pounds of freon.
