Foster's Tree & Landscaping Service

On 2/16/24, they performed removed a large oak from my neighbor's yard. It was about 5 feet from the property line. During the course of the removal, they dropped part of the tree through my fence. As a result two of the rails were broken as well as several pickets. When we noticed the damage, we made sure the company knew about it. They said they would fix the fence. Their fixing was simply nailing the broken pickets back to the broken rails. My wife called the company to question the repairs, and they said that since the fence already leaned, they weren't going to actually fix anything. I have dash cam footage from two days prior and the day they were working showing my fence leaned slightly (about 5 degrees). I have dash cam footage from after they damaged the fence showing a significant lean (11 degrees). The company has refused to respond to me wife and never came back out to look at the fence or to actually repair it.

They showed up on time completed their work quickly and cleaned up. You cannot even tell we had had a tree removed. The best Tree Service I have worked with.

Foster Tree Service personnel were prompt and courteous. The work was performed the work as contracted with excellent results. I intend to use their service in the future.

I always give people an opportunity to recover fromm any mistakes, I seek to be able to give a raving review.Mr Foster did an excellent job in removing the limbs There was quite a bit of leaves and limbs in my back yard.Because there was some thete before they began I asked Mr Fostet if I paid him extra would he clean everything up. He agreed.my yard was left a mess. I emailed him before I wrote a review to give h an opportunity to correct the neglect I never heard back

If I could give them ten stars, I would. They delivered what they promised! They were on time and worked very hard. They did an excellent job! The clean-up is as excellent.

The service was on time and did exactly what was outlined in the estimate. Most importantly the supplier had great communication and follow up . Clean ups was excellent and no damage to surrounding property. This was a difficult job with the huge pine tree located next to a wooden fence , other shrubs and within 10' of a busy road.

My mother had a tree fall on her house I live out of town, they were recommended by my motherâ s neighbor. Once I contacted them, Roy did an excellent job of communicating with me by sending pictures and FaceTiming me, and once we agreed on a price him and his crew did an excellent job of removing the tree and stump.
