Foster's Tree and Landscaping

The foster's tree service they are a hard and honest working team . Yes , I am definitely interested in hiring this company to do more landscaping for me . They are committed to their customers in doing the job fair and the right way . If I could give more than a 5 I would. I am fairly new living in SC . When i first hired the foster's tree service and I saw the way they as a team, I was impressed how they cut 4 trees in one and grind the stump . They were like a breath of fresh air when i hiredthis company . I did not have the best of luck hiring honest company who showed the best interest to their customer. Thank you Foster's tree service you did a great job.

On 2/16/24, they performed removed a large oak from my neighbor's yard. It was about 5 feet from the property line. During the course of the removal, they dropped part of the tree through my fence. As a result two of the rails were broken as well as several pickets. When we noticed the damage, we made sure the company knew about it. They said they would fix the fence. Their fixing was simply nailing the broken pickets back to the broken rails. My wife called the company to question the repairs, and they said that since the fence already leaned, they weren't going to actually fix anything. I have dash cam footage from two days prior and the day they were working showing my fence leaned slightly (about 5 degrees). I have dash cam footage from after they damaged the fence showing a significant lean (11 degrees). The company has refused to respond to me wife and never came back out to look at the fence or to actually repair it.

From minute one in giving the quote , I knew Roy was the one of 5 I received quotes from. Not because he was the cheapest, but because Roy was kind and considerate. And on the day of service, he and his crew were on time and efficient. They worked for almost 6 hours w only a 30 min lunch break. They worked and did not play around. The trees were all massive and close to house. But we never felt threatened as we watched what they did. They did much more than just the 5 trees they said they would do. And they did not up charge for it. They cut up removed the debris. And also raked and blew off the yard , walkways and driveway . When he finished, he came and got me to show me what they had done. I feel that I not only received great service , but I got a great deal. No one else would have done all he did .

Great service his crew did so well We went from 1 tree removal to 8 tree removal plus landscaping Would and have used Forster's Several times on my other properties

Excellent ! Great communication as to timing. Has excellent equipment and really knows what he is doing. This was a difficult job , next to a busy road. Job was completed with no damage to surroundings, Great cleanup afterwards ! Very pleased !
