We can gently remove years of grime, algae, pollen, dust, cob webs, and other contaminates. Our system is capable of cleaning up to 4 stories high without the use of ladders or lifts. Did we forget mention we carefully rinse your windows so as not to leave behind any streaks or spots? For many, windows can be a pane to clean - but not for us! Our system utilizes ultra pure water that we purify on site and use it rinse away dirt and grime. Your windows dry crystal clear and spot free. Great. Micah was on time, didn't take very long (1.5 hrs), and did a fabulous job. The house looks great, much better than when I scrubbed the house by hand using TSP several years ago.

(removed member name), Very sorry to hear your complaints. Many weeks ago we did meet with you and provided you with a verbal estimate to clean your roof and house. We agreed to perform the work and scheduled it for after the pollen had fallen, it was my understanding that you were going to contact me at that point to schedule the work. As always, I offered to send this estimate to you in writing. I did send it but a day or two later you called and said you did not receive it. I sent the estimate a second time and asked that if you did not get it again to please let me know. Since I did not hear back from you I thought you had recieved it. I'm very sorry that you did not get this written estimate, I wish I would have known. If needed I would have been happy to print the estimate and hand deliver it. Thanks, Micah Kommers 864-356-3010

This is the second time I have used Micah at EcoClean. He washed my house 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. He was able to remove dark streaks from my white gutters that no one else was ever able to remove. He did such a great job and left it so clean that it did not need cleaning again until this year. Once again I have a sparkling clean house, windows, driveway & walks. And I am very satisfied with the his quick and professional service and cost. I recommend EcoClean to anyone needing the services they provide. I was recommended by a friend and I am thankful I listened.

Micah was very thorough in providing a detailed estimate of the work to be done, including explaining the different products he used and why. He was helpful in explaining that he would carefully treat our flagstone walkway because those are fragile to power washing. There were several areas that required a follow-up cleaning and he came back to complete the job as promised. Everything looks great, and we will definitely use EcoClean again in the future.
Description of Work: We had the exterior of our brick home cleaned, our driveway and walk-ways power washed, the roof washed/treated for mold, our screen porch power washed, and all windows cleaned inside and out.

Was very professional and knowledgeable. The solutions he used on the house did not harm the plantings around the house, with the exception of one hydrangea. He cleaned up after his work was finished. We are happy with his work.

Called Micah in a bind. Guests and in-laws coming for big game and the dormers were a mess. Micah made a hole in his schedule on a day's notice and took exceptional care of us. He showed promptly and told us everything we needed to know about the process, tools and solutions used. He was very careful with the landscaping and surrounding structure. The job was done in no time and the cleanup was done as meticulous as the setup and cleaning. Very cordial, professional and thorough. I asked for an estimate to come back and do the balance of our house, a two and a half story 10/12 pitch with complex roof line, and he quoted me $285 more for a total of $365 for the complete house. I will definitely use Micah and EcoClean again soon.

Roof and house had algae, mold, and mildew. This was a soft wash, not a pressure wash. Used a diluted chem. to kill the algae and then rinsed with water to clean roof and house. Windows were also cleaned in the process, but were a little streaky.

Description of Work: After we had our house built in 2000 (3100 sq ft with very high and complex roof) some mold had appeared on the north and northwest side of the roof. Also the soffits and gutters had gotten dirty and there was also some mold on soffits.Mica Kommers, owner/operator of CleanGreenville.com gave us a very reasonable estimate and his knowledge and professionalism convinced us not to look any further.Mica brought all the required equipment and came at about 10 am on April 17. The roof was cleaned as well as the soffits and all gutters and also the stucco walls were washed down with the "soft" wash approach.Result, the house looks like new!!He also power cleaned the large concrete patio around our in ground pool, the front door walkway and the 2800sq ft driveway.All was done by 5 pm the same day.We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Mica Kummers.

Algae and mildew gone and home apearance totally changed-- looked like woodwork had been painted. Micah good at answering questions and explaining process.
