Brandon did an amazing job establishing grass where we had nothing but rock hard clay and weeds left by the builder

Brandon Durgan assured me that he had experience building waterfalls and I agreed to a $14,000 quote to move forward with the project. It became clear as he was working that he was not experienced. He pressured me for money even though the waterfall was not running properly. I have had 2 experts look at the waterfall and both said it can only be demolished and rebuilt. Not only did he use sub par products inappropriately, the electrical wiring is dangerous and rocks are unstable. Estimates to demolish and rebuild the waterfall will cost $20,000. Durgan refuses to refund my money. If you do decide to hire this landscaper, DO NOT give him any money until the project is totally finished to your satisfaction.

Brandon and his team did a terrific job. Brandon listened to what we wanted, offered some good suggestions and the work was done well. The team was friendly and efficient. We're very happy with the work and plan to use them again in the future.

Brandon does an amazing job for my restaurant. We had a ton of issues that needed to be address from previous landscapers and he came right in and did everything we asked of him in a timely manner. I am all about curb appeal and he has made my store look amazing. He even thinks about how the landscaping matches our interior design. Couldn’t ask for a better guy and landscaper!

They delivered as promised. Very fast service and they did a great job. Protected my property and my neighbors property during the process. Cost for the job was very reasonable.. Will be using their services again.

I contacted Durgan Landscaping just to get a quote to come and mow half an acre that was seriously overgrown and trim bushes that hadn’t seen any Love all summer. He quoted me about half of what I was expecting and on top of it he did an absolutely amazing job. I would recommend Durgan Landscaping to anybody in need of his services.

Very well. Three guys, including the owner, came and worked quickly and cleaned up. They understood how much to cut the bushes without scalping them. We are very pleased with their work. They offered to charge us less than we thought the job was worth so we told how much more we thought they were due and they appreciated it.

Our lot sits high on a hill and the house looks so pretty up there. Durgan took the time to assess the property and recommend how the sod should be applied and why, type of grass that would be best, condition of the soil (after samples were taken and analyzed) and how to care for the yard going forward. Even, how long to let the grass grow before mowing. We received the Durgan quote the very next day. Only 1 of the other 2 Landscapers bothered to call and both quotes were received 3 days after the RFQ was sent. We chose Durgan Landscaping because Brandon handled this personally from the beginning, understood we were not onsite and worked with our contractor. He also knew we needed this completed ASAP as we had sold the FL home and needed to move. He and his team arrived early on the day he promised us. Updated us through the day on progress and also the next day until the job was done. He sent pictures and asked if we were satisfied. Also, he explained the invoice would be lower as there was a pallet if sod that was not needed. And what a job they did! Our small retirement home looks very regal up on it's hill! We will be doing more business with Durgan in the near future. And by the way, although we were going with Brandon based on his responsiveness, reputation and professionalism - his quote was the lowest and the grade of sod was the most highly reccomended in my online research.

Terrible final results! Maybe I just have high expectations from a company I hire to do professional work. What has happened to quality work? This is an edit to my last review from 5/31/17. After I wrote the review I found where the workers drove the large work truck through my yard which is still somewhat damp from recent rain storms. Apparently they spun there tires in it as well considering they were also towing a full trailer. So therefore there are deep mud tracks in my grass lawn!! I'm so unhappy about this whole experience now and change my rating from B to C. I would not rehire this company at all. Additionally, I pay a well known professional lawn care service (TruGreen) to take care of my lawn. So my professionally kept lawn now has deep mud tire spun tracks in it that will now have to be repaired! This would never have happened if the workers had proper instructions and supervision from the owner of the company as I stated in my previous review this afternoon.

After first contact via phone, contractor did not show up at agreed upon time. No call explaining that he would be late, or any attempt to reschedule. Must be nice to run a business that doesn't need new income.

Brandon planted my lawn several years ago and provides seasonal maintenance that has kept it very healthy.

Brandon and his helper were here when they said they'd be and finished when they said they would. I told Brandon what I had in mind and he advised me on my choices. He ordered, picked up, delivered and planted two - 12' red maples, six - 6' Green Giant Arborvitae evergreen trees, and eight - 10' crape myrtles. They dug the holes with shovels and a pick axe. They planted everything with fresh planting soil and peat moss. They were very courteous. Their work was neat and careful. Except for all the new trees you'd never know they were here.

Great did an awesome job will be using again in the future for more yard work.
