+ -1 moreOn 21 January 2016, I made an appointment for 25 January between 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Owner wanted to make the appointment for 22 January, I said the 25th was better since a snow storm was scheduled for the 22nd; he agreed. On 25 January, at 11 A.M I contacted the owner about the appointment. He said his tech was running late and that the tech would call me. At 12:05 his tech called and said he would be there by 2:00 P.M. At 1:56 P.M. the tech called and said his "boss" called him and said to take another call that was just received. Tech said he did not know what time he would arrive at my location. After already being three-hours late, I said not to come.
Description of Work: Did not show up for schedule and rescheduled appointments. Garage door motor needed replacing.
