+ -1 moreMy washing machine was moving out of the laundry closet due to vibration. Mark corrected the issue and I have not had any reoccurrence. After Mark finished the repair he volunteered to reinstall my laundry closet door that I had uninstalled. Mark called several times during the next few days to make sure the repair was working. He was very professional, neat and courteous. I will not hesitate to call Dickson Appliance Service if I have another appliance issue.
Description of Work: Stopped my washing machine from vibrating and moving outside the laundry room closet.

+ -1 moreThe overall ordeal went well after I explained thaat I had family comming in for the weekend. The senior servi man and his son were polite but not overly sensitive to your needs. I feel that they needed more time to devote to getting these applianc es fixed. They were very busy as he explained that his wife booked him 15 service calls per day. I am happy as long as my appliances are working that they fixed.....
Description of Work: Fixed my icemaker in my Fridge. Fixed my Oven Sensor. Fixed my Dishwasher, orderd pump.
