It went real well. They were here on time. They did what they said they were going to do. There are some stains they got off the carpet. I think the price was pretty reasonable.

The man that organized the work was also the one that performed the work. He was quick to respond. He agreed to come to our home on a Saturday, cleaned a microfiber sectional couch, seats six, in about 2.5-3 hours. He said it would take up to eight hours to dry fully, but it only took four with the ceiling fan on. Meaning that he didn't leave the couches soaked. He was clear on how clean we would be able to get the material before performing the service so the final results met our expectations. The couches looked great just in time for our Super Bowl party. We will use his services again for the next time.

I set up an appointment with Randy Day late Saturday 5/25/24 for him to come out Monday morning 7:30am.After waiting an hour I decided to give him a call. He claimed one of his worker tried to calling. I checked my phone for missed calls. They never called.

The men from Days Carpet Care arrived on time and did a professional job. However, the price was EXTREMLY high. They guaranteed their work and they did do a return visit for a stain that reappeared. I have since found a different provider that I have used for a couple of years now. If price is not a concern for you I would recommend Days Carpet Care.
