 + -1 moreWe recently had to buy a new HVAC unit. When we stated to call for quotes, David Taylor responded very quickly. After what we felt was a very competitive price we sealed the deal. My brother-in-law has an HVAC company in another state and told me the price and specs quoted on the unit was very good. The service people were very professional and showed up on time to install the unit. Following the installation we had two small problems occur. I called the office and both times, we had the problem fixed within about 1 hour.

 + -1 moreAndy was our tech. Although he was anxious about getting to his next appointment he took his time and explained what we needed to do to maintain our unit. He professionally explained all he did. Price was very reasonable. Thanks to my neighbor who had a unit installed recommended David Taylor. We will call them again. Thanks again Andy!

Description of Work: I called David on a Sunday for a non-functional AC unit on a rental home in Anderson. He responded quickly and got the unit working within a few short hours. As I knew I would need a new unit soon I asked David to quote me on one, and to install it as soon as possible. The unit was installed within a matter of days,at a reasonable cost. David is a professional, honest and ethical businessman. I have used him in the past, and is exactly why I called him this time. His prompt response saved me a lot of grief during a difficult time for me and my family. David is very sensitive to customer's needs and responds accordingly, and has never let me down. I trust him so much I didn't even compare his price to any others. Of course I knew we were in the ball park, but that's how much I trust him. The work he has done previously he never ripped me off or tried to do unnecessary things, and his service calls were always reasonable. That trait is hard to find in any industry, but even harder in the heating and air business. He stands behind his work 100% and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and integrity. If you are in the Anderson area he is the best choice out there. I take reviews very seriously and am always very honest with mine being I rely so heavily on others. Trust me on this one that he is the one for your heating and AC needs.
