+ -1 moreCDC returned in November to do the drywall - another high quality job. The price to do the job was high due to the unusual design of our house. An issue arose when we realized that we wanted rounded corners and Chad very graciously absorbed the extra cost as we were unable to pay any more than the agreed upon price. We were willing to forgo the rounded corners but Chad was committed to our satisfaction and had the drywallers do it at his expense.
Description of Work: CDC provided an outstanding framing crew who built our house. Their reliability and top quality work was exemplary. Chad Cromer was always very responsive to our questions and proposed some good solutions to minor issues that arose. He did whatever it took to steer the job to completion.

+ -1 moreThe estimate from Chad was very thorough and submitted in a timely fashion. In it, he detailed what work was to be performed. The workers at all levels of the project were very nice/courteous and easy to work with. The job was completed within a reasonable time frame. Quality work was done.
Description of Work: Completely gutted the old large bathroom, removed old tub, commode, vanity, ceramic tile floor, sub flooring and a couple of floor jousts. Installed all new, 2 floor jousts, subfloor, bathtub, commode, flooring and vanity. Repaired necessary plumbing. Also removed flooring and sub flooring from shower in small old bathroom. installed new sub flooring, morter and new ceramic tile.
