Description of Work: Bad from the beginning. I was told quote was wrong, so they ended up charging a lot more than expected. Roof leaked into kitchen during job and they never fixed the ceiling, and was very unprofessional.

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix two leaks: one near a window, the other from a skylight. He told me one leak was caused because the flashing was not extended out far enough and that the leak near the skylight was caused because it had not been installed properly. After they completed their work, the leak near the window was twice as bad and there was no change in the amount of water leaking in around the skylight. I called and left a message. They showed up without calling when neither my husband nor I were home. I called them back a second time and arranged for them to come on a day I would be home. They never showed up.

+ 2 moreGreat. They were prompt, professional, helpful, and work quickly. Gave me an estimate right off the bat which was about half what I expected it to be. I also need to have the inside of my house where the small amount of water damage had happened, fixed. They have recommended someone they do business with on a regular basis, and I am in the process of contacting him. Also, it turns out they have done, and still do landscaping and yard work. So I am hiring them for some of that.
Description of Work: Called for a roof/gutter repair problem. They called back right away, arrived within 1 hour. Two employees of the owner, one young, one old, seem to work as a team with the younger man the voice. Very polite, professional. They examined my problem: inside water damage, not large, minor but to specific areas. Quickly figured out the probable cause as outside on the roof/gutters, which matched what I thought before I even called to get help. Fixed the roof and the gutters for $75; cleaned the gutters out (I have a large wide area roof with extensive guttering) for $75... I named the price. The company does business with an interior painter, repairer of water damage, and the younger man, Joe, recommend him, gave me his name and phone number to repair the interior water damage.

Description of Work: Called at 10 AM about a roof leak. Serviceman said he'd be here at 4:30 and WAS. He found the problem, fixed it and was very professional. We talked to him about our current roof and need for a new one. He was forthright and didn't try to push a new roof. Willing to come back and do a total inspection of our roof.

+ -1 moreI contacted the company, got call back setting up a date and time for repair, didn't show, got a call setting up for next morning, about 10 am, didn't show, I called at 11 am and told them I had to leave, got a call back, they didn't need me there, can make the repair and leave a bill, which they did, everything worked out, very clean, neat and professional job. Owner apologized for the confusion.

They cleaned up very well and went around with big magnets to make sure they got all the nails. They forgot to put on a splash guard over the garage so I called them. They were here in 30 minutes after I called to take care of it.
Description of Work: They pulled off three layers of shingles off my 2780 square-foot home. They put a new tarp down and then new shingles. They cleaned the yard up perfectly after the job was done.

+ -1 moreWONDERFUL!!!! The work was scheduled the day after I agreed to the contract. There were 18 men on my roof and it was finished in 24 hours. They even worked in the rain!! This co goes way beyond where they need to. The work was professionally done and is beautiful. The neighbors could not believe how fast it was done. They did an excellent job on cleaning up and removing all loose nails. I would definitely recommend this company to ANYONE!
