+ -1 moreThese people are not professional home remodelers! Are not licensed or bonded! They took my home remodeling dream and turned it into a nightmare! Flooring cut wrong, paint looks like crap, new shower damaged, new doors damaged, place old receptacles and light switches back in even though we bought new ones, drywall was not done correctly! Don’t get scammed like we did! Promised to refund cost of front door but never did.

+ 1 moreThe deck stairs replacement was fine, but Christian failed to complete the gutter work after being paid. Had excuses and then stopped communicating. Had to pay another contractor to repair his gutter work and finish what he had not finished.

+ -1 moreWe contacted C&H on 1/30/20 to have them give us a quote on repairing the grout in our kitchen and master bathroom shower. Christian and Harley came out on 2/7/20 to look at the job. On 2/10/20 they gave us a quote, and we told them to proceed with the job. For the past 2 weeks they told us "a guy" would be at our house to do the work. The first time no one showed up, and they weren't even aware that he didn't show up. Yesterday "a guy" was supposed to be at our house between 1:00 and 1:30. He finally showed up at 5:00. Since we were getting ready for dinner, we told him to forget about doing the job as he was 4 hours late and never had the courtesy to call us to tell us he would be late. If this is the way that Christian and Harley run their business (didn't tell us that neither of them would be doing the work; no shows; and not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell us no one was coming out or they would be late), they won't be in business much longer. We will find someone else to do the job. We definitely would not recommend them.
