Fantastic! Philip answered the phone and made an appointment for an estimate right away. He called the day before to confirm our address and our appointment time. The day he came to cut the tree he called about ten minutes away to let us know he was on the way. He happened to have all the equipment he needed and got to work right away. He was done fast and super efficient! He cleaned up perfectly and left it spotless. His estimate was less than another company I called and he was much more professional. I can't recommend Arbortech enough. This guy really knows his trees! Overall I'd say that Arbortech is a great local business, professional and competent. Phillip is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Arbortech was the sixth tree service company that I called but I really wish it was the first.

They arrived on time and when they said they would. The job they did was incredible and we could not be more happy. We would recommend them for any job you may have--especially the big ones!!!

Philip gave me an estimate to cut back three Bradford pear trees on the 21st of April. When he arrived he kept complaining of his head hurting and it was because of riding horses the previous weekend. He said he would call me in about two weeks to set up a time to do the job.I ended up having to call him. His first excuse was one of his workers had hurt his back. He said he would call in a week to let me know when he would do the job. I had to call him again. He said that my job was a small job and he would do it on a weekend. Two weekends went by so I called him again. He said that he would call me the following Monday to set up a time to do the job. Monday came he did not call. It is the 24th of June and I have not heard from him. Very unprofessional.

A crew of 4 came early AM on a misting morning. Started work right away until finished around 7-8 PM. Cleaned up all debris and left everything in excellent condition. Stump remover came on Monday and completed his work in just a few hours. I am very pleased with the professional attitude of Phillip Pierce, owner of Arbortech of Anderson. I will use again and will reccomend them.

From quote to execution of the work, Phillip was in communication concerning the work. He completed it as soon as weather permitted. Professional services and good cleanup after work was completed.

They were very prompt & courteous from the start with the estimate. I spoke to Phillip a few times before awarding them the job & I was very impressed. He addressed all of the questions I had & put me right at ease. I also had estimates from 2 other Tree Service Companies .They both said if I did not use them that they very hightly recommended Arbortech of Anderson LLC .That is almost unheard of ! Arbortech took care of the tree, cleaned up all of the debris & tarped the roof to prevent further damage until we can get it repaired. They arrived on time, & did all of this very quickly & efficiently. I would definitely recommend them & plan on using them again in the future when the need arises!

The consultation went extremely well. Phillip is an educated, honest, and caring individual that has a conscience. He referred me to another individual first in order to clear out the underbrush. This was a great referral as this person that I amabout to use is honest and fair as well. Once the lot is cleared and I have the house staked out Phillip will come back to preserve as many trees as possible.

Very professional from start to finish. Prompt. Cleaned up so well after trees were removed we could hardly see where the trees ever existed. My daughter has used them several times and I have recommended them to alot of people. Would not use any other tree removal service as long as they are in business.

Very nice people, did a great job but left our yard in worse condition. Price was good. Even with the damage to the yard, we would probably use them again all things considered.

Everything went well. We went through prior and tagged all trees to be removed. They prefer to do jobs on a daily rate which is better for price if you have a lot of trees to be removed. They were very professional and worked diligently the entire time. They removed very large trees and employees ensured safety at all times. They cleaned up all trees and debris and removed from our property. They had to utilize heavy equipment and trucks in the yard to access trees but no damage was done to the areas tey drove on.

We needed some trees which border our property trimmed back. Arbortech did the job competently. Its price was higher than the quotes we got from other companies but I felt comfortable that Arbortech's owner, Phillip, knew what he was doing. The crew was also courteous. If anything could have been done better it would have been communications by the crew. Tree work is noisy and trying to guide the work was difficult for us especially since the owner was not on site for the bulk of the job. The overall job was good but we were disappointed that the crew left some branch stubs sticking out. It's worth mentioning that the crew cleaned up well. Arbortech also provided us with certification that its employees were covered by workman's compensation insurance which was an important consideration in our selection of a vendor.

Doing business with Arbortech of Anderson was great. Phillip was very professional and customer focus. The crew came in and did exactly what was written in the contract. The follow-up phone calls provided all that any Angie list member would desire from contractors desiring to do a job well! He explained what could be done and in what manner. I would do business with them again and gladly recommend

Came out to diagnose old tree in our yard. Told us it was dying but not yet dead and gave advice on how to trim it ourselves since it didn't need to be cut down yet. I really appreciate that they did not try to sell us a trimming or cutting service that we didn't need. After that there was no charge for the service call. Very friendly and professional service.
