Not well. Cancelled original date. Overpriced. They have made a TON of money off of their customers for years, and prices are STILL goin up. Owners wife is a very unhappy, disrespectful person who needs to have limited duties.

I got someone to come out to replace this. One company actually replaced it for free. I'm actually in the process of trying to get him to step up and return some of the money. I'm going to be active and aggressive about this if he chooses not to do this. I'm going to send out a personal letter to about 20 churches and told them to avoid this guy like the plague, so that will be disseminated among the congregation because this guy is nothing but a charlatan. He knew that we were in a bind because we had a anniversary for our associate pastor. Because of the need immediately he went and got this contact switch out of his truck and then sat down and wrote a bill that included that amount for the part. I then went, after the fact, I mean, he wanted his check immediately. I went and found out the price of the thing because I actually had another company later on because that switch failed and then failed a third time.

Could not ask for better treatment and professionalism. Gave me my options on everything. Will not use any other company.

They came in and installed a box and off they went.

He came out in 2012 and wrapped the ducts and found where the company before had taken short cuts and Frank was willing to fix all problems we'd been having for some time. He kept our old unit going until we were able to afford to replace it. Myhusband although knowledgable in thisrea is physically unable to crawl under the house. My husband checked bbehind the work Air Today did. Although my husbsnd is a perfectionist, he was VERY impressed. Frank the owner came out himself and honored everything he said he would do. In 2013 when we were financially able to finally replace our outdated heated pump and gas pack, he took a LOT of time explaining all our options, duke energy rebates and expected energy savings with each unit. Throughout the entire process of two yers that we have used Air Today we LOVE Frank. In fact, him and his wife installed our new unit and worked from sun up to sun down most days. Don't hesitate to use Air Today, Frank has high standards. We recommed him every chance we get!

He talked about some work that we might want to get done to it. He didn't give us a hand written quote, it was numbers off the top of his head. It's nothing that we have to have done right away.

They provided great service, and saved us a lot of money on our heating and cooling bills. We had a contract with them to do service work before this point, and we liked how they treated us, so we decided to use them for the bigger project.
