When Advantage plumbing was notified by the insurance company they came immediately because my Mom’s water had been cut off for 5 days. We were very pleased with the empathy they showed and the speed in which the service was repaired!

I could not have been more pleased. They assessed and had my problem fixed within 30 minutes. They were efficient and professional while at the same time being very personable. Mine may not have been a huge problem but I discussed another issue that I will probably hired them for in the future. Price was reasonable for plumbing. As some of the floor boards also got wet he gave me recommendations on how to dry it out etc. I appreciated that. You will not be disappointed.

It went very well. Showed up when they were supposed to. Very professional and friendly. They took of shoes before entering my house. Explained what they were doing and why they were doing it.

Left a message and my call was promptly returned by Dale within thirty minutes. He was able to get someone onsite the same afternoon. They performed the work in a timely manner, were very professional (as usual), and the fee was reasonable. I recommend this company to everyone in the area. They are honest, dependable, and reasonable. In my opinion you will be glad you called Advantage Plumbing.

The job went fine. Dale and his assistant arrived on time, ready to start the job. They worked late to finish the job and get our water turned back on the same day. We had changed the scope of work since the estimate was given, but he honored his original quote. I felt that he was being more than fair. They installed a whole house water filter and designed a custom by-pass system for filter maintenance. We were very pleased with the job overall and would not hesitate to recommend Advantage Plumbing to other members. Dale is very courteous, skilled and professional.

..This is the first time using Angie's List, and so when I saw that Advantage Plumbing gives 5% off for members, plus had an A rating, I had to try them. Prompt reply, eager to help me and great customer service. Dale came out the same day I called, was very professional and thorough in his explanations to me. I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Called to get estimate on plumbing replacement. Was told they didn't need to get in house to do estimate. Waited a week and called them back. The lady told me they would call me the next day with an estimate. I told her I needed a written estimate for insurance company. She told me if we gave them the job, they would give me a written estimate. I told her I needed the written estimate to get insurance to pay. She then told me she would email me the estimate. Haven't heard from them yet.

The new disposal works great. The whole thing took about an hour and they were very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions, and make me feel comfortable about going forward with the repair. Pricing was reasonable compared to others in the area and they seemed very honest in their business practices. Will definitely use them if we ever need another plumber. Was great that they gave me a time they would show up and were prompt within a half hour window- even called to say they were running a few minutes late. No waiting around in a two hour window with these guys!

Long story short he came out after two other companies failed to properly diagnose and repair my hot water heater. One stated I needed a gas valve the other a whole new heater but Advantage replaced the thermal coupler and it works fine. I got them thru my home warranty co but I would hire them for myself anytime. They were responsive courteous professional and helpful at a time when I was not getting much help. Dale got me out of a bind the others got me into. I saved their number and if I ever need a plumber with or without a home warranty I will insist on Advantage. It is hard to find good honest home contractors these days but I believe I found one with Advantage. Thanks to them the hot water was flowing quickly and they took care of all billing issues with the warranty company Would definitely recommend Thanks much

He was very professional, courteous, reasonably priced, efficient. I cannot find enough good to say about the company. They are excellent and I will use them over and over again.

Everything went great! They are so friendly and provided great service at a reasonable price. We have not had any problems since these areas were repaired. They are prompt and were available to do repairs within a quick timeframe. This is the second time we have used Advantage Plumbing and this is now our designated plumber to call. The first time was for repairs to our septic drainage and this time was drainage in our kitchen sink and a leak in a bathroom sink. We have not had any problems with any of these areas since it was repaired. All of these were items my husband and other plumbers had tried to fix before and we never could seem toget it fixed right. Now they are finally fixed!
