Able Plumbing & Line Inspection

We called repeatedly when the part arrived and got no response. Time passes. My mother finally reached Daulton. He was reluctant to make an actual appointment. My mother is 91 years old, she needs to know when people are coming to her house. We would talk to him and he was always going to drop in "later". He would neither show nor call to say he wasn't coming. I finally left a message on his phone telling him we wouldn't be using him. This is sad, because his father Ron, who is now retired, had been our plumber and always was professional and did good work.

They came out and took care of the problem at the end of the day. They also fixed a loose tub drain that because they were there.

His name is Russell Brown. The service went well. I give Russell very high marks because even though he is a fairly small independent plumber, he is very knowledgeable. He gained all his knowledge working with his family and he worked with a large plumbing company when he was younger and branched out on his own later. He is extremely good, very knowledgeable, and prompt. When you have an emergency plumbing, he is very responsive. Because the tank that I had, had a major leak in it and I had this installed within a day when my tank went out. He works quickly.

Everything went great they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would certainly use them in the future.

He does excellent work. He is so reasonable; it is unbelievable. I have been using him for 4 or 5 years.
