This is an old guy and his wife and while the wife is pleasant enough, her husband the repair guy, is very rude and ornery. I live in a gated community literally across the street from this guy. He knows he needs a vendor pass to get on and can only go to certain gates. When I tried to tell him where to go he spoke over me repeatedly and said he is going in the main gate regardless. He went and they wouldn't let him in, obviously. So he gets his WIFE to call me and say he cant do it. The other gate is jogging distance away from the first one. Go with someone else unless you have a fetish for verbal abuse and impertinence

It went great. Tom analyzed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional.

He was punctual, very knowledgeable. He wouldn't leave until we had checked out what he had done to make sure that we were happy with his work. Very nice. His wife called the next week to make sure that everything was working well and that we were satisfied. We will certainly use him again, and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Tom has worked on many of the best homes in Aiken. He is faultless in his work and I have no reservations about recommending him. He has also worked extensively on one historic property here. I understand that building presented a real challenge.
