QUALITY TREE SVC INC

Thankfully I've never done business with this outfit, but I had the misfortune of them being hired by my nextdoor neighbor. Without any notice whatsoever, they blocked my driveway and all of the curbside of the street in front of my house for several hours. I have a contractor re-roofing my house, and their access was blocked. I spoke with one of the crew members, who assured me that this was a small job and they would be finished shortly. That was two hours ago. I called the office and got an answering service. I called the owner of the company, Tim George. His voice mail box was filled. I again went out and spoke with another crew member and asked for the boss. I was told he was the owner and was not on site. At that moment the owner drove up. I explain the situation and his response was to interrogate me as to whether or not I had spoken with crew members. When I explained all that, he just drove away. Not even a hint at an apology, just arrogance was in evidence.

They were excellent.

Everything went smoothly. The man in the cherrypicker wore a safety hardness. He rotated with one other man in the actual cutting of the branches in the cherrypicker. It was a very hot day. Everyone stayed busy, cleaned up, woodchipped the branches, and finished a large job in five hours. It was nice having a large crew so the job would not drag out to two days. I received a phone call before they arrived as a courtesy. I was impressed with this service provider. One of my husband's friends recommended this tree service to him. We will recommend them to other friends.

Our house is surrounded by trees, mostly pines. We noticed our 70 foot pine in the backyard seemed to be dying from pine beetles. I contacted Quality Tree Service and soon Tim came out to look at the situation. He agreed the tree would probably die. We got a quote for removing the tree and a smaller tree that had been damaged during the ice storm. Complicating things was the fact our septic tank might be in the way of the path their equipment would have to take. Everything turned out great. Tim came out with a probe and found exactly where the septic tank was. He marked it and all the underground sprinkler hoses. On the day of the job two workers came out early to remove a section of fence. (They later replaced it.) Their equipment is large and was perfect for the job. A crew of seven workers were involved. They worked very well together and were careful not to damage any surrounding plants. The job went so well we added on another tree in our front yard. It was taken down equally well and the stump grinding wasn't a fortune. This was a big job and we thought the pricing was very fair. From now on Quality Tree Service are our go-to tree guys. Pros:> Great pricing. Professional work. Nice People. Knowledgeable staff. There were some minor scheduling issues. Overall I give these guys a solid A.

Six-person crew arrived in early am, with bucket truck, skidsteer, flatbed, wood chipper, etc, and were done in approx. 6 hrs. Took down tree, sawed into sections, loaded onto flatbed trailers, chipped limbs, and transported all material offsite. Cleaned up work area, removing all limbs and debris. Very efficient, hard-working crew. After work was completed and crew left, supervisor called and asked if I was satisfied with the way the work was done. I was.

I would absolutely call them again for all my tree needs.

They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They missed 5 smaller tents and despite leaving 3 messages with their answering service, I was never able to talk to someone in charge to get the work finished.

Had squirrel's coming into attic from limbs across the house. Made 5 oak trees 'squirrel proof". Removed all wood, debris, and even raked the yard where work was preformed. Excellent work. Recommend Tim and his crew for anyone needing tree service.

They removed 2 sections of a 6 foot privacy fence and were able to access my property. Quality carefully removed limbs in order to not damage dogwood trees that were within 10' of the trees being removed. The crew consisted of 8 people who were very efficient. They arrived at 7:30 a.m. and were completed by 2:00 p.m. They removed all of the debris except for the oak tree trunk which I will use for firewood. They put the privacy fence back up. It was a pleasant experience working with Quality Tree Service. I have used their services a few times in the past 15 years.

We have used Quality Tree Service many times over the past ten or so years. The work is always excellent and fairly priced. We highly recommend them.
