I called Paul and told him I needed a wheelchair ramp and how desperately I needed it. He told me he'd come by that afternoon and look things over. Paul arrived on Wednesday (5/3/17) at the appointment time to work up an estimate. I agreed to the price he gave me, we signed a contract and I paid the deposit. He told me he could possibly start during the weekend or at least by the beginning of next week. The lumber arrived on Thursday (5/4/17). Paul called that evening asking if he and his crew could come by the following morning (Friday, 5/5/17) and try to beat the threatened rainstorms. They arrived and promptly set up and started the job. They were finished (even the clean-up) in about four and a half hours. I now have a sturdy, well constructed and attractive ramp that will be around for a very long time. Paul and his crew are hard working, professional, courteous and friendly. If possible, I'd have rated them higher than just an 'A'. Do yourselves a favor and call Paul for your construction needs.

It went really well. They were on time with project. They charged the price that they quoted us.
