Mr Flush Plumbing

I have a whirlpool water heater. On a Sunday night the control(gas valve) was leaking water. I called Mr. Flush and there answering service was great. I had several plumbers called me from Mr. flush. I told them my problem and what I have done. Both techs told me I did the right thing and Amber would call me in the morning. The next morning Jason called me and told me he was on his way and would be at my home in an hour. Meantime, I called whirlpool and told them my problem. I let them know that I had water coming from the gas valve and I thought I had a cracked tank. Whirlpool informed me that the seal on the gas valve had cracked and they would overnight me one. The water heater has a 10 year warranty and the water heater is only 3.5 years old. While I was on the phone, Jason showed up and I showed him where the water heater was at. I trust Jason as he has done work for me in the past. After I got off the phone, Jason said he would do the job for $399.00. I asked him how hard it would be to change out the gas valve? He said it was very technical. I told him the part would be here in the morning. He informed me that either he or another tech would be doing the job. I was to call Amber the next day to schedule. I called the next day and Amber told me that no one would be able to get to me until tommorow. I did not want my wife to go another day with out hot water so I told Amber I am going to have to call another plumber. To make a long story short I was told from a friend that Ricky Jay with Ricky Jay plumbing is a great person and is a great plumber. I called him and he sent two techs over to my home and they did a great job. When my wife went to pay them, they told my wife that the bill was $105.00. $294.00 cheaper than Mr. Flush. Thanks for not being able to come out to my home mr. flush. I found a new plumber. One that does not try to get rich off a job.

We had no hot water. We called Mr. Flush for help. (We were in the process of having a new furnace installed by Mr. Central a sister company). My husband had been doing some plumbing work on a bathroom The plumber from Mr. Flush looked at his work and immediately saw the problem. We were supplied with a part to fix the problem and were treated more than fairly by the company.
