+ -1 moreVery pleased with quality and professionalism. Worked with us during Corona virus to reschedule and then showed up on time and did a remarkably efficient job - replacing every window in the house in one day. New windows are a huge improvement. and look great.

Description of Work: After coming out to give an estimate we scheduled the work to be performed. They failed to show, or return calls (after at least 5). We then hired Aiken Siding - who showed up on time and did an amazing job for a better price!

Description of Work: Installed Ez-Breeze Vinyl windows on a large screened in porch. Covered all existing wooden structure with aluminum. Installed a sturdy Ez-Breeze entrance door to the porch.

Description of Work: We had a 14' x 33' screened in porch that we wanted to make into a 3 Seasons room by replacing the screening with EzeBreeze Vinyl windows. We also had all exposed wood poles covered aluminum siding so that we would not have to paint them nearly as often. Monty and his crew did a beautiful job in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Monty for any work in his field of expertise. He is friendly, honest and punctual.

Description of Work: Monty Bates Vinyl Siding put railings and columns on the front and side porch about three or four years ago. They also put a bay window for us.

+ -1 moreI called this company serveral times. No answer at the business, not even an answering machine. Finally after about 10 attempts he answered the phone and promised to come out and give an estimate. He never showed or called back. I have been through this same thing with him a few years ago, but had forgotten that same non resonsiveness, but it all came back to me with this event. I would not call this company again if it was the last place on earth.
