I left my Pressure Washer with this company friday (3) weeks ago (4/25) and was told I would have an answer by the close of business on 5/02 (acceptable turn-around for diagnostics). Never heard from the company and decided to call them the next wednesday 5/07 and was told they would look at it directly and call me later. Never received that call, and decided to call them on (5/13) to follow-up. I was told the washer seemed to be running just fine and that they suspected the hose or wand was clogged. I asked them to diagnose the unit and determine which it is and I would be by friday (5/16) to pick it up. Arrived, paid the service cost, bought a new air filter because they had not replaced the one in the unit [Red Flag], and told me the same story about the clogged hose or wand and how the carburetor was suspect. They did not know which it was...no bother...I would just go home and use the other hose I had to decipher which it was....I thought. Got home and decided to use my neighbors brand new hose and wand, only to find the unit was still doing the same thing I requested they fix. A call to express my displeasure resulted in a very rude, unprofessional conversation with the young man who works there. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Im not opposed to spending a little money to fix a problem even if it means buying a brand new unit, but don't waste my time telling me you did something when its obvious you didn't do anything.

Great service called when mower was ready and had it ready when they said. When over what they did and why. Called if they found anything outside of what I wanted when I left it. Great shop very glad to have them around and hope they remain open for years. It is hard to find a good small engine repair shop.
