Description of Work: Replaced all cast iron plumbing underneath a rental house. The sewer lines had become plugged and were corroded. Also found out that the line from the house to the septic tank was installed incorrectly. They fixed that, too. They'd showed up at 6:30 am and worked all day in the heat but finished just like they said even with the extra job they hadn't planned on. |

Description of Work: My 23 year old gas pack/AC unit lost it's inducer motor so I had no heat. I called Kimball's in the morning and the service representative was here before noon. He verified my diagnosis but upon further inspection found that there was a hole in the heat exchanger and some minor holes in the burners. He showed me the defects and provided me with the repair/replacement cost options. I decided to replace the unit with a current model of the same unit that had served me well over the years. The new unit was ordered, delivered, installed and working before noon the next day. The removal and installation crew was efficient and the clean-up was excellent. I really appreciated the professionalism of the removal and installation team.

Description of Work: My mother needed to have a light fixture replaced in a bathroom above the mirror. My sister bought a replacement fixture online, and Kimball's installed it. We called another plumbing service, and they wanted $500 for the same job. It was done in 15 minutes, a day after we called. I used to use the other plumbing service, but never again. Kimball's is great!

Description of Work: Repaired a 3' section of pvc septic pipe. The job was done well but they were less than forthcoming as to the cost.

Description of Work: They came out to give us info about our water heater with an estimation of replacing it. They are our go to folks. We've been using them for at least 15 years. They are dependable. They stand by their products. They show up when they tell you they are going to.

Description of Work: cost was for labor only. I bought, at the plumbers direction, the parts. He did not have them available on his truck. Plumber replaced internals of 4 toilets (so they would stop running). Attempted repair of kitchen faucet, but had to replace it.

Description of Work: Repaired a water line pipe that was leaking from the meter. They have a |dedicated crew that had some difficulty finding the leak source but eventually did and corrected the problem.
